Biography
Danna M. Beaty is an associate professor in the Department of Educational Leadership at Texas A&M University-Commerce. Danna is an active member of American Educational Research Association as well as many of the SIGs focused on her research interests: the Superintendency, gender & equity issues, school improvement and leadership preparation. She has served on multiple committees and three terms as program chair in recent years. Dr. Beaty’s work has been featured in journals including: the Journal of School Leadership; theJournal of Educational Administration; the Journal of Research in Leadership Education; and the Journal of Women in Educational Leadership.
