Presentation Evaluation Criteria

 

Chapter Presentations

 

  • The information was presented in a clear and concise manner.

  • The information presented was relevant based on the course goals and objectives.

  • The presentation appearance, layout, and theme were appropriate for the audience and setting.

  • The presentation was an appropriate length for the content and depth of material covered.

  • The electronic slides were used to supplement the presentation rather than replace the presentation.

  • The presenter engaged the audience.

  • The presentation was delivered with a positive tone.

  • The presenter appropriately applied the general guidelines of presentation "best practices."

 

0-5 each for total of 40pts.

Chapter Presentations count 20% of course grade.


 

Technology Presentations

 

  • The information was presented in a clear and concise manner.

  • The technology presented is relevant and has a clear application for, is appropriate for, and/or may be adapted for instructional use.

  • The presentation and written instructions provide sufficient information to allow others to undertake a similar application of technology.

  • The presentation appearance, layout, and theme were appropriate for the audience and setting.

  • The presentation was an appropriate length for the content and depth of material covered.

  • The electronic slides were used to supplement the presentation rather than replace the presentation.

  • The presenter engaged the audience.

  • The presentation was delivered with a positive tone.

  • The presenter(s) appropriately applied the guidelines of presentation "best practices."

  • The presentation was of graduate quality.

Technology Presentations count 20% of course grade.
