4. Please do not forget to type in your institution, Texas A&M University-Commerce, professor, Josh Thompson, and course number, either ECE 358 or ELED 524.
5. The survey consists of three pages. You can navigate other pages by clicking 'previous page' and 'next page' button at the bottom of each page.
6. The most important thing is to log out when you finish this survey by clicking 'log out' button. 'Log out' button is at the bottom of the last (third) page.
