Welcome to the cyberspace of the Cheriyath Laboratory at Texas A&M University – Commerce. We aim to answer a fundamental question in biology; how does a single cell develop into a multicellular organ with high plasticity? Answers to this question have profound relevance not only in the normal development of organs and aging, but also in the pathobiology of many human diseases such as cancer and diabetes.
