Gallery Walk
Gallery Walk is so much more than 'show and tell', this is an interactive form of sharing your work with others to deepen our understanding of the concepts of our work in early childhood education.
Here is an example of how a 7th grade ELA/R teacher uses Gallery Walk to promote deeper engagement with the content.

The ITERATIVE PROCESS is used to review, revise, and refine our work. When our work sees the 'light of day' in other people's hands, with other people commenting and reflecting, then we (hopefully) can see ways to improve and perfect our work, to make it more useful in our future classrooms. That is why we have 3 Gallery Walks throughout the semester, so we can try things out and watch how others use them.
